Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, these classes meet you where you are. Come to restore balance, build strength and mobility, or simply to breathe and slow down. Rooted in yoga philosophy and informed by Iyengar, Anusara, and Judith Lasater traditions, each class emphasizes alignment and uses props so every body can move with ease and feel at home.

Stop in for a 1-hour practice designed around the yogic concept of Effort and Ease (sthira meaning stability/strength, and sukha meaning comfort/ease) to gently challenge your body while releasing tension. You’ll build stability and flexibility — not extreme, but not passive either — before settling into Restorative poses to wrap up your weekend on a calm note.

Restorative Yoga

Details

Slide in to your weekend with 75 minutes for Being rather than Doing. In this class, you’ll rest in fully supported poses that encourage your body to release, and provide space to quiet your mind and reconnect with your breath.

This class rotates among 4 teachers and I’m there roughly once per month. Check the Bloom schedule and join me or one of my fellow teachers.

Gentle Yoga

A 1-hour practice designed around the yogic concept of Effort and Ease to gently challenge your body while releasing tension. You’ll build stability and flexibility — not extreme, but not passive either — before settling into Restorative poses for a little hypnagogic downtime.

Details

Connect with your changing body and growing baby through a gentle, trimester-friendly practice designed to build strength, ease discomfort, and support your body throughout pregnancy.
You’ll also explore breathing and pelvic floor awareness—valuable tools for labor, birth, and recovery postpartum.

Postpartum clients are also welcome, once you’ve been cleared by your healthcare provider at your 6-week checkup.

• By appointment weekends and weekday evenings.

• Book a single 1-hour session to try it out, or save with a package of 3 or 5.

Details

A session shaped entirely around your needs.

For individuals, a private session can help deepen your practice, create space to breathe and slow down, or address specific patterns or imbalances in movement in a therapeutic way. It can also support specific goals or circumstances (for example, Restorative Yoga can be beneficial at times of transition such as menopause or when grieving).

For small groups, a private yoga class can provide a welcome break during a work day, or can focus on a specific aspect of practice that your group is interested in.

Gifts: Give someone a custom gift of calm and connection. A private yoga session (in-person or virtual) can be tailored to suit their needs.
