Restorative Resolutions:
Reflect, restore,
align with what matters
After the busy-ness of the holiday season, you’re invited to rest and consider a different kind of New Year’s resolution—
one rooted in Being rather than Doing.
In this 90-minute small-group workshop, we’ll take time to reflect on your practice over the past year. The growth you’ve experienced, sensations you’ve noticed or processed, and the self-compassion you’ve cultivated.
Together, we’ll begin with a guided conversation, then settle into a deeply supportive Restorative Yoga practice that invites inner spaciousness.
We’ll close with space for reflection to help you envision a new year aligned with how you want to be — in body, mind, heart, and daily life.
– Space is intentionally limited for comfort and connection.
– No experience needed.
– All bodies welcome.
(If you have a baby in your belly, please let me know ahead of time, so poses can be adapted.)
